We have implemented some new measures to ensure we are able to provide dental care to all our patients in the safest possible environment, protecting both you and our team.

Before your appointment, we will continue to ask you to:

  • Ensure your Medical History and Assessment forms are up to date
  • Carry out a pre-attendance assessment
  • Delay booking an appointment if you are displaying any Covid-related symptoms
  • Attend your appointment alone where possible, unless you are accompanying a minor or are a carer

When you arrive at the practice, we will ask you to:

  • Telephone us to let us know you have arrived
  • Wait outside until welcomed in by a member of the team
  • Use hand sanitiser
  • Wear a facemask if possible
  • Place your belongings in a locker at reception if you wish to do so

In order to keep you and our team safe, we:

  • Aim to reduce the amount of patients in the practice at any given time, to aid social distancing
  • Stagger appointment times, again to aid social distancing
  • Have increased time between appointments to ensure extra time is allowed for any treatment overruns
  • Use air extraction equipment to increase fresh air circulation in the surgeries
  • Will be wearing upgraded PPE including FFP2 and FFP3 facemasks
  • Will be taking extra time to regularly disinfect common touch points including door handles and surfaces
  • Ask that you use contactless methods of payment when possible

With these measures in place, we are confident we will continue to provide our excellent standard of care, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
